Agreement to Terms

By booking a consultation, purchasing our book, downloading free resources (e.g., PDFs), or using any content on soroushdehghan.com, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Nature of Our Services

Our Vedic astrology consultations and products (e.g., book, PDFs, audio testimonials) provide spiritual guidance, timing insights, and educational content based on the BCRC method (Birth Chart, Responsibility, and Conscious Choice). These are not medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as astrology reflects potential, not certainty. All services are subject to my limited availability, and bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important: Vedic astrology consultations are provided for spiritual guidance and educational purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payments

All consultations and digital products are payable in advance via our secure payment system. Prices are listed on the Consulting Plans page and may change without notice.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of consultations, refunds are not available once a session begins or a digital product is downloaded. However, if a session is canceled by you at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund may be issued at our discretion. No refunds for no-shows.
